No Sound or Audio Issues

TV displays picture but has no sound or distorted audio

Fix Steps:

Check if TV is muted or volume is set to minimum

Verify TV speakers are selected: Settings > Sound > Sound Output > TV Speaker

Disconnect external audio devices (soundbar, receiver) temporarily

Check cable/satellite box volume is not muted

Perform sound test: Menu > Support > Self Diagnosis > Sound Test

Reset sound settings: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Reset Sound

Update TV firmware: Settings > Support > Software Update

If using HDMI ARC, ensure it's properly configured
